With a passion for the science of human behavior, reinforced with business acumen, she has built and executed global company launches and transformations, as well as advised firms through the IPO, Spin and M&A processes.
Currently, Dr. Coning serves as Global Principal at Ogilvy Consulting, where she leverages her experience and expertise leading the firm's Center of Excellence for Organizational Behavior & Design. She is also the head of the Performance Advisory (data & measurement) for Ogilvy. Throughout her 25-year career, she has worked with Microsoft, Starbucks, Novartis, IBM, Verizon, Bristol Meyers Squibb, JP Morgan, HP, Coca-Cola, Booz Allen, Apple, and many more.
Dr. Coning is also the founder of Chief Insights Officer for EMBER™, which is the culmination of her doctoral journey with her research teams. This work has led to proprietary IP, establishing the most precise and reliable diagnostic for employee performance.
