Currently, Dr. Coning serves as Global Principal at Ogilvy Consulting, where she leverages her experience and expertise leading the firm's Center of Excellence for Organizational Behavior & Design. She is also the head of the Performance Advisory (data & measurement) for Ogilvy. Throughout her 25-year career, she has worked with Microsoft, Starbucks, Novartis, IBM, Verizon, Bristol Meyers Squibb, JP Morgan, HP, Coca-Cola, Booz Allen, Apple, and many more.
Dr. Coning is also the founder and Chief Insights Officer of EMBER™, the proprietary platform born from her doctoral research and fieldwork with global organizations.
